Did the 5pm abb class with Yolande and I loved it. As its just women, you can focus on the class and just enjoy it. Will definitely be back for more classes.

Just to be right up front, Viva Montana isn't a gigantic gym with space for hundreds of people - and that's exactly why we love to go there. It's an affordable gym, and it's always neat and clean. Considering the amount of sweating that happens in there, that's saying a lot! The bathrooms are also just as clean, and was a pleasure to use. They have treadmills, different types of bikes, cycles, rowers, body strength training equipment, floor, circuits, weights section and a couple of fun classes that run throughout the week. Joining the gym was definitely one of our best decisions - not just because of the affordable pricing, but because it's genuinely a great place to go, with amazing staff and trainers. They even have little competitions on occasion. At the time of this review, it's a 1 minute rowing distance competition. Despite my temptation to try it, I'm not quite there yet. All in all, it's a great place to go if you want great energy, without feeling like you're in a giant crowd. Highly recommended.
