The good news is that they had a cover for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10, no one else in the Kolonnade did. The bad news is that they applied the screen protector on a skew, we went back to get it fixed for free. Unfortunately, they used the same screen protector to re-align it straight. It started to show bubbles and peeling off at the sides, so much so, that I had to remove it as the fingerprint reader didn't function properly. I dropped the device that same day, screen cracked.

The store and assistance is great. But don't try calling the store. The automated answering system picks you up and then the automated system gets stuck on the "Record your message and press pound or press star to talk to an operator " If you leave a message it hangs you up and if you press star to speak to a operator it just keeps repeating itself and doesn't put you through to the operators.
