This is the WORSE store for service. There is better service from a guy on the side of the road. In this store only SALES count, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, to add, in that store a CUSTOMER is WRONG. INCOMPETENT is an understatement. I regret associating myself with this particular VODACOM store and I will advise people to go elsewhere. THIS STORE DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR, BUT BY DEFAULT, IN ORDER TO POST THIS IT HAS TO BE ONE STAR. MY HONEST OPINION : - 5 STARS

Not worth a single star. Still the worst!!! Its like the worst customer service sales personnel are sent there in one place. From floor to "management". They are not there to solve problems and find solutions, only to make people feel like fraudsters. We don't have time to defraud the shop of faulty airpods ...just requesting service!

Going to a vodacom shop is like going to home affairs, it takes forever, and never really get good service, and most of the queries do not get sorted. I can't say the same with this Vodacom shop. Vincent assisted quickly and followed up to ensure that everything is correct. He knows his business. Thank you for the amazing service we received, and keep up the good work Vincent. It is comforting to see someone that is still eager to work and having a passion for client service.

I went in to Vodacom Menlyn when i was due for an upgrade on a Vodacom Red VIP contract. When i spoke to the sales assistant she said i would get my phone quicker if i got it directly from them. i signed up all the necessary paperwork and got my phone, at the end of the month i noticed on my bill that i am now getting charged for a handset, they never mentioned that i would be charged for the handset. i have never been charged in the 30 years that I have had the same Vodacom cell number. i phone Vodacom who say that i need to go back to the shop to sort it out as i should have rather done my upgrade on line with Vodacom. Shocking!!!!!!

Bad service - yesterday at the shop (S169) we wanted to upgrade and add some accessories Nothing is in stock (No AirPods) the stock that was there in the shop wasn't on the system so they can give it to us - This could've been over R5000.00 sale. There was no personality from the Vodacom representitive (who claims to have worked at that shop for more than 5 years) - who was more interested in his phone or how often he can walk to the vault Bad service - really I expect a call from the manager. See ticket S169 as at Saturday 25/01/2020
