Took my vehicle for a wash on Saturday morning. It was returned to me with scratches on the windscreen, passenger's window and the roof. I keep a sticky pad inside the car on which I place keys, etc. to keep them from slipping around. I assume this fell out of the car as they were cleaning the interior, as it was put back full of sand and dirt. Apart from the windscreen being scratched, it was not even properly cleaned as I had to rewash it myself when I got home. The service is friendly, however that does not compensate for the fact that they are overly priced and my vehicle was damaged.

Took my vehicle there Sunday morning for a wash and got is back scratched and it seemed like the cloth they used to dry the car was fatty as there were marks of some sticky sort. I will not recommend taking your vehicle to this car wash unless you dont really care about the car you drive. They leave the car in the sun to dry that leaves water marks and then try to dry it with a dirty cloth. BAD WASH!!!
Well managed, good and friendly staff, they go the extra mile.
We came on a Sunday, not knowing the business hours, just a few minutes before closing. However they happily helped us with a sedan and a SUV. Great service and good prices.
Worst car wash ever Steal your things out of your car,car chargers,perfumes etc and then ask R200 for a wash for a nissan micra and then when u go back because they didnt polish it and the price board says a different story then this happens Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
Car just got back from a car wash and honestly, I've never drove away from a car wash not feeling proud of the wheels I'm driving. This definitely is the first. Paid R100 for a small 3 door Nissan Micra , didn't even at least wipe the dust from my dashboard nevermind the state of dust my car was in. Gezina still stays my go to place even if I drive a little further. At least get some extra done. You know?
I strongly advise patrons not to use this car wash facility. Staff are not trustworthy. Leather gloves stolen out of locked console this morning. Tried to contact them. Left a voice message for a "Lucas" no response thus far. Highly disappointed. The fact that they unlocked a locked console, clearly states that they were looking for something to steal.
Used the car wash four times. The first two times was a relatively good experience, with a good quality wash and great customer service (Both times the same Manager was on duty; very professional). Sadly, my last two experiences were terrible. With outright disrespectful employees, items stolen out of the vehicle and refusing to assist half an hour before their close of business because they wanted to leave early. I think I'll be looking for a new car wash.
