I wouldn't advice anyone to buy a house through this development... Buying/building house with the assistance of this developer it's like buying a second hand car or signing a deal with the devil, EVERYTHING IS NOT WHAT IS SEEMS... BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH THOROUGHLY!!!...I regret knocking on their door, everything is just a mess, there is ALWAYS & I MEAN ALWAYS SOMETHING TO FIX, an RDP house is 80% better than the dream I've been sold...

My experience with this company was horrible. They built my house and in the process, they put the floor tiles before they finish and subsequently damaging the tiles and I'm expected to move into the house with those damaged tiles. The paving is also done by cheap labour market, it's not properly done. The list goes on....so, be careful. Stay away from this company.
I won't advise any1 to buy a house from this development. We bought a house in Feb 2019, its October 2020 now and still waiting for construction, all you get is excuses and more excuse, I regret the day I bought from them.
