Poor service consultant, I delivered my Captiva this mornig when I enquire they fail to direct me to the relevant person and then they drop my call twice as if it is a mistake. Now I do not know the progress at all. Not recommended at all.

Worst service ever, no one at parts answering. Not the salesmen, not the parts manager, and also not the DP. Seems like only the switchboard lady's is working. Been trying to order parts sins Friday. After 1 hour and 34 min of holding on. 4 message left for a call back. Still no one is answering. No wonder dealerships is closing by the day.

The customer care at Pretoria Visagie Street is pathetic and disgusting. On Tuesday 23rd March 2021 around 12h46 I called to get a quotation for a new battery for Chevrolet captiva. The switchboard operator transferred me to the sales but no one picked my call. Mind you i was calling from my cellphone. I kept holding until it reverted back to the switchboard. I complained to the switchboard operator and she took my phone number and she promised that someone will call me. I am still waiting. Mxm

Will not recommend them. Our car went for a service and we noticed a vibration noise and my father checked and noticed the engine cover was not fastened properly, one bolt was even missing and must have worked itself loose, even the air cleaner was also not fastened properly. Cannot trust such shoddy work. Which makes me think what else was not done properly, and if the car is safe to drive.
