Caring for an elderly parent and their needs can be so daunting but PrimaCare's website was easy to navigate, I received an answer so quickly even though it was the New Year's holiday. Larry Smith is an absolute gem, very understanding and helpful. It helped that we still had funds to access for payment in South Africa instead of waiting for an international money transfer.
