I have been waiting for five hours to get my online delivery. My kid is hungry and I keep wasting my time on calling debonair for assistance. So I must spend more money buying air time... please people can i have my pizza!!!

If I could rate my order -1 I would. I am absolutely disappointed by the state my order arrived in, as you can see on the pictures below. The pizza tastes like it was rushed, it is not the creamy chicken pizza that I know and expected. It also arrived cold. I will never order from Debonairs Pizza ever again, the standard and quality of their food has dropped completely. I actually deserve a refund as I did not enjoy my meal at all, I couldn't even bring myself to have a third slice.

I enjoyed the service, but I was traveling with my daughter and I didn't like the fact that I had to leave her outside while placing my order, who would be responsible should someone snatch her?

This is horrible. I have never had it so bad. Next time I will check my food in store before I take it home. the pizza on top was great but on the bottom. Iyoo

I ordered from them they said they can't deliver I'm to far payment went through off my card I'm still awaiting feedback from manager and have been calling all day still haven't received a call back or information on how I'm getting my refund as I had to re order from another branch and won't leave this am taking it further

Waited for a whole two hours for delivery!! Order placed at 17:00, driver only being dispatched after two hours after customer care instructed the store to call me (after 2 hours has lapsed), I had to call customer care because when you call restaurant and they redirect you to the store,there's no answer - several times. I had to call customer care to handle a order and track it.?! Really appalling and an epitome of bad service!! Never again! Its 19:27!!! Im still waiting!!

Had a terrible experience at Protea Glen mall as usual, ordered pizza online for collection, we ordered at 15:30 and arrived at the store for collection at 16:25 and they told us to wait for 8 minutes which turned to 30, to make matters worse we opted for the curb side delivery which didn't happen, when we finally got our food the lady was rude and unapologetic and we had to go back for our cool drink, Debonairs Protea Glen should close down if they can't keep up with demand, because their service is poor and the staff don't know how to put the customer first. You would think that because we are recovering from the negative financial impact of Covid they would be appreciative that customers are supporting, but no the service really puts you off the place... Money not well spent unfortunately
