The service was appalling the staff including the owner must get retail training. They were accusing, unfriendly and completely dismissive when I queried a defective item. I will not recommend any person to purchase from the store. These are not honest people

Well, to be honest, I found the staff quite unfriendly, they don't even greet you and possess a haughty attitude. Some things are ghastly over priced and personally, I think because you sell such a random assortment of things, you're allowing the quality of your stuff to slip.
