Shockingly rude staff who shut the store before the official closing time on Sunday 14th March 2021. The result was I ended up buying from Footgear in the same shopping centre so Puma Outlet lost out. I was at a sports shop nearby and found a pair of Pumas I liked but they didn't have it in my size. I googled Puma stockists and found the Puma outlet and headed over. When I arrived, it was 9 minutes before closing time and as I approached the door I was told the store is closed. I said it's not closing time yet and I know which shoe I wanted so it was just a case of buying it. The door was shut in my face. In times of our country in economic downturn with Covid and in such a quiet shopping centre, the staff are rude, lazy and don't seem to care about the brand or the commercial risk of turning away loyal customers.
