Failed to repair refrigerator. Still not working. Fridge fan installed with zip ties. Diffult to get out again after failed repair . I do not reccommend this for anything with electronics in it-the firm has no understanding of basic electronic control systems.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Complete scam. Claims to have replaced the motor in my fridge at holiday house. Some time before i was able to check. Fridge never worked. No response to multiple calls and emails.

Shocking Service, inability to communicate. " Fixed" my dishwasher at a tune of R650, not used at my holiday house since they fixed, tried to use not working. Things happen- however, this company made promises to call and arrange access ( despite my sending a call log ) they insist they called to announce arrival at premises when they didn't . Arranged second meeting did not pitch no phone call, third meeting - said they pitched despite 8 people and 5 dogs in house they could not alert us to arrival, despite having my cel, and despite the fact that they could bang on my window they did not. Defensive owner on the phone, inability to communicate in business is essential, these guys clearly missed this memo, and are now refusing to rectify and still charge me initial call out fee. I have suggested they give the labour fee to a charity- lets see if they get this memo and act on it.
