Some of the articles advertised is NOT ON the shelves. When asked about it, assistants says that the stocks have not arrived. It was not the first nor second time it has happened,. Thats why the question that begs to be asked is "then why advertise the product if it is not in store"?

Ok foods you are a big disappointment I'm very angry right now ..... I bought mutton griller sosauges yesterday on the 21/02/21 only to find out that they off when I prepared it today ..... I'm very anhappy and I'm will come tomorrow to return it .....

I really was hoping to rate this store 5 stars but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I requested a catalogue on the store's whatsapp and they sent it promptly, I made my shopping list and budgeting according to that catalogue. When I got there 90% of my grocery list was out of stock. I spent R932.13 when according to the catalogue I would've spent way less.

My husband purchased salted snoek today And the packaging says packed today 3/11/2020 However when he got home I took it out of the package ready to cook And I realized there is fungus all over the snoek From the inside out I don't understand how can something that is turning bad Be packed and sold

I purchased sausagea 2 weeks ago n today I fried some for breakfast n I was totally disappointed. Tried calling da store but the call just cuts off. Ì need to return it n get my refund

You support this establishment but they treat each customer different ,if.you known to the staff you can get top treatment , I was made to move from the queue because the till was closed I moved to the next till only to let someone known to the cashier to go through terrible treatment.
