The most terrible service ever, last month 19 and 20 May I drove to Queenstown from Grahamstown and stayed there for 2 days, I went to their offices and asked if I can go view a place they had, there was no one to let me go view the place both those days. I then kept asking about the place then they said it has been taken, in June I see the place listed again and I called them and they told me that person cancelled. I again ask ask and ask to go see the place the agent is never available till this day I wait, we had an appointment at 2 on Tues I called to confirm at 1 the admin lady said she will ask him to call me, u think he called me back? today I contact them again then the agent call me to tell me the place is taken again. Do not waste peoples time please and mess people around, agent is very useless, how can one beg to go see a place you have available and there is never someone to go show it to you. I will look elsewhere because if service is like this now I hate to imagine when you rent from them.
