Excellent service today. We had a new lock fitted. Everything was done punctually, professionally and with a smile. Thanks guys.
Gave R&R a try for a Window and door installation. Fantastic service and started installation earlier then projected which is what I was hoping for. Will use again for my next Project at home.
Worst experience ever. My husband had already removed the old window, so that by 08h00 everything was ready for R & R Aluminium to install the window that was ordered a week earlier. After they showed up, the window was to large, and had to be taken back to be made smaller. My husband then had to wait till 12h50 for them to come back. Then it took till well into the afternoon for the window to be installed. And only then could the plaster be done. The poor man who did the plaster work had to wait along with my husband. When I phoned them to ask how long it would take, they could not answer me, nor did they take responsibility for messing up the measurements, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. I would certainly not recommend them.
