Excellent service from RAKASHADE SHADEPORT They deliver on time and same quality of the material they promised BIG UP RAKASHADES
They installed the poles for the carport in the wrong place and they are not straight.They have not made one effort to come fix the structure, and have made nothing but empty promises. After dealing with this company my phone has been Bombarded with telemarketers ( all of a sudden) and where there is smoke there is fire

Highly unprofessional. I was promised 4 times that I would be emailed quotations but received nothing! Complete lack of communication despite my incredible patience with the company. Eventually she admitted that they are unable to provide the service of supplying and fitting a carport and passed my number on to another company without informing me or asking for my permission to do so.
Terrible service.wouldnt recommend.doesnt show up for appointments and makes empty promises
