Went twice for a driver window, still waiting for feed back, no visibility, and no experience

Were supposed to install tinted window. Arrived with clear window. Informed me that they were going back to the office to change it. No problem. They came back with a tinted one and installed it. Upon further scrutiny it would seem they merely took it somewhere where they applied a film of tinting which was too small and blistered, badly applied and left.
