We hired the Router from them this morning for the day, my hubby paid cash said the place looked dodgy. When my carpenter arrived at 11:30 to use it, we discovered it had no guide on it, so couldn't use it. When we phoned to enquire about the guide we were asked to return it. My son took it up now when he got back from work at 15:30, as we had no car to return it earlier. Earlier they said they would refund the rental amount but now refuses because of the lapse in time. If you want to rent out tools then please supply proper equipment, and at least accommodate your customers, instead of charging the full amount you could have offered me a 50% discount, which I was prepared to pay, these are the owners rules Betty says. Won't use them again. We generally use All Quip Hire.

I enquired about a Engine crane, and gave the lady my details including my address, as I never have a bakkie to collect I told them to deliver, the sent me their banking details and I paid the R1000, on the day of delivery they then called me and said I should drive all the way to their offices to come and fetch the driver and then drive all the way back home to show him where I stay. So why even offer delivery, then I called the Owner Jan to ask what the story was and he told me they don't deliver over 10kms after taking my money and confirming my rental. I was also threatened they will cancell my order. A massive waste of time and effort, also a business which is very unprofessional in they way they operate. Don't waste your time, honnestly. I can now see what other people are scoring you so low.
