Call out fee was reasonable at R550. I had to replace a gate lock and within 15min the lock was removed and a new one was fitted. Except for a small hiccup with my booking the service was flawless. Will defnitely call them again.

We had an a emergency where the lock of the door clipped on the inside, it was one of those cylinder locks. We called and waited longer than an hour and we were based in Northclif. When the locksmith eventually showed up, he smelled so bad of alcohol. Not even 10 minutes and the door was open and when i asked the final price, all of the sudden the price went up as per the final price when i called. I would not recommend the company! Very bad experience.

I phoned after 10pm with a key that had broken in the lock, trapping my wife outside on the balcony. They sent a technician immediately and he arrived within 20mins and he resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly. I would use their services again as I was happy with their efficiency and response time.
