Truly service with a smile! Like most people, servicing my car requires saving up and turning pennies twice. This workshop in the heart of Strydompark is just a gem! Their prices are very good, their service is excellent and the manager has a heart of gold. This not not one of those places that will give you the all too well known mechanic's whistle and take your bank account to the dry cleaners. They work fast, thoroughly and efficiently. You can drive out of there without having to think twice about the quality of the vehicle. Their full service also comes with a full safety check for those wanting to go on holiday or just for you piece of mind. They will definitely be seeing me again.

Such a pleasure dealing with Jaco and his team at Bizzy Car Repairs. After taking my car to the dealership initially and leaving it there for a month and still not fixing the problem whilst costing a fortune, Bizzy Car Repair identified the problem in 10 min and fixed it at a fraction of the cost. Jaco from Bizzy Car Repairs is an absolute star! He really put me at ease with his constant updates and fast communication. My car battery died during lockdown and he came out the next day to replace. He purchased and replaced the battery in a matter of minutes and explained what not to do going forward. Very rare to find such friendly, exceptional service nowadays and I would recommend him to anyone needing car assistance.

Be cautious people. Took my car here, did nothing even a basic service should have covered. Headlights where terribly misaligned , bulbs missing too.., brakes where stuck due to wrong grease used on the caliper pins which ultimately caused the disks to over heat and warp, Windscreen wipers not replaced and a host of other issues I can’t be bothered to type the list. They just want the car in and out, bare minimum quality work. I’d let it slide but those are all basic safety checks. And I took the car back for them to correct, they ignored the car the whole day in the parking lot though.... I’ll do it myself from now.

Best service ever!! They fixed my electronic mirror within 2hrs, also service my car as they can give service stamp and they sorted out the aircon of my husband's car that is working better now than when we bought it new! This was over 3 different occasions and not in one did they disappoint! Believe it, I am a difficult person and for this to come from me, should mean alot!

Went to this place with high hopes after seeing the reviews. Unfortunately my experience with these guys was not a pleasant one. I took the car in for service after breaking down a few times. They found that my water bottle had a leak and they'd call me back when they had the car in store. I also asked them to check my heater, which is faulty but they didn't. They instead checked the aircon, which had no issues. Called a few days later to check if they had procured the water bottle; They hadn't, said they'd call me later in the day with an update. It's been a week. Car broke down on the weekend again and have had to now take it to another shop to get it fixed. Charge is 6k for something I believe could have been avoided. Very disappointed with the level of service.
