Dealing with the British Council re: IELTS has been the biggest and most expensive inconvenience since my first interaction in November 2020. We truly need an alternative organisation that offers the exam.

Do not book your IELTS with them. They cannot do tests due to covid and I have been waiting fro two months for a refund, with no decent communication from their side on when or if I will receive it. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life.

Pathetic service absolutely useless, my statement of entry for October 2020 exams has wrong exam code on it which is their error. No one responds to emails nor answers the phone. This is very disgusting!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Service is very efficient and you won't spend a long time waiting to be helped. The building is very clean and modern and has a nice waiting area. The entrance is a bit tricky to get through as they do search quite thoroughly.
