The man in the buying department was seriously rude. I didn't get his name but he is slightly elderly. I have had extra furniture from moving that I wanted to get rid of, not really an urgent sale or anything... and he was SO rude in his manner of telling me how much it would be worth. As if he was doing me a favour offering me basically nothing for my really expensive furniture. His attitude stinks, he's unprofessional and I definitely will never go back to your store again.

Firstly I bought a juicer here... To only discover that it's leaking, you don't wanna see the mess it made. Secondly the only great customer service I've had was from the black staff! As for the "other ones" I came to sell my valuables here and might I say how much yall couldn't be bothered how cherished those things were anyways... It won't matter how desperate I get next time, this shop, shoot me if you see me drag myself there

Had excellent service at this branch I bought a beautiful lounge suite and I am so happy with my purchase the manager Monique was so helpfull over he phone and instore well done to her and her team . Store is very full and so well merchandised good quality items.

Service on electronic devices is dodgy especially with their house brand Doogy phones, the phone was faulty , not charging after 3 visits within 2 weeks of buying the device , eventually refunded after cause a near scene.
