The place is good for buying but not for selling. If selling or taking loan please ask all the relevant questions that could potentially protect you because they will sell your item without flinching to make more money than they loaned you. I've paid 3times the interest on loan today just to keep my item off the floor. This is however not a staff problem but a problem throughout cash converters. The aim seems to be to exploit everytime

Popped in today to sell a few items after my de-clutter session at home. I was pleasantly surprised by how much money Katelyn and Simon were able to offer me! The process was slick and efficient. The hygiene levels are superb - it smells like disinfectant in the store, the 2m spaces are marked on the floor, and my hands were sanitised as I walked in!
