My fiances Sim card suddenly stopped working. I went in and asked the lady what was wrong. She seemed tired rolling her eyes at any question i had and wasn't able to help me. Something about the system being offline? (Which didn't portray Cell C in a good way) I would have to pay R11 for a sim swap.. seemed a little unfair seeing as though the card self destruct on its own but anyways. They were not able to do the sim swap there due to the system being offline. I would have to purchase a non Rica sim and call the help desk and do it over the phone I left and bought a vodacom sim card instead.

Visited the store a few weekends back to take out a contract, waited in line as the store was busy. When it finally was my turn a young short female assisted me. She requested my documents and said she will see if I qualify and I waited for a bit, after some time she said that I qualify for a phone to the value of R400 pm so I requested the Sony Experia M4 Aqua as that was my choice before even stepping into the store. Unfortunately the store didn't have stock and she said it will only arrive on the Wednesday, so I have her my information and asked her to contact me once stock arrived. I called the store on Tuesday just to see if they had the phone, the lady that I spoke to couldn't locate any of my documents and advised that stock haven't arrived yet. I didn't stress so I called the next day, still no stock! Since my application was approved at the store nobody has called me so I'm assuming thier stock is still coming! Very poor service from you guys

Never ever have I been ignored and treated like that by the Manager of the store. You don't just take someone's phone and then walk away, and then pass it to the next person and they disappear for another half an hour. When I asked what was going on and why I was ignored, I got such a rude response and horrible look. When I asked her to tell me please without an attitude, I was told "if I give you attitude you will know about it". I had a two week old phone which died and wouldn't come on. After two hours of my Saturday morning in the North Gate shop, I was told to go to another shop. She wouldn't give me her name but she was the manager. I have never ever experienced such rude service, and by a manger, shocking! If this is allowed, I don't see Cell C gaining much popularity in the future. This was the same woman that helped me two weeks before that when my cell phone was stolen in the same shopping centre. She told me that I could only block my cell phone if I went to the police station... And gave me a form and refused to help me further. Really? Because I then used someone else's phone 10 minutes later, on another network, and was able to block the phone... Shocking... I now have to get another phone because of the one which bombed out, and I don't even want to go back to the shop. I almost feel as if I could stay without a phone, just so that I don't have to face her. The best part is that when I began insisting that I wanted to know what was happening, she ignored me, told me she would go sit in the back room so that she doesn't have to see me, and then called Centre Management to tell me to leave the store. When Centre Management arrived the three of them stood talking about me and laughing in y face... It was pretty obvious they were discussing me. I have never ever felt like that and been treated like that ever. Utterly disgusting to say the least.

I bought internet access from them on a 2 year contract only to find that it didn't work in Magaliesburg. I cancelled the contract within the first 7 days but it remained running for the 2 years and no matter how much I complained to Cellc Stores.
