I just wanna say WOW. I ordered my vape device and Evo juice yesterday morning and received it just after 9am this morning. BTW, I live in George. I was very hesitant to order anything vape online after I had a nasty experience with vapeking.co.za (They essentially took my money and waited almost a month to send my order, during which time I requested a refund, with zero communication or apologies). All the local vape shops are closed due to Lockdown so I decided to take a chance. Anyway, just wanna say thanx for the awsome service from you guys. My custom blend Evo juice came out delish!

Bought a Smok vape device. The vape button got stuck keeping the device permanently on. Being only three months old., I took it back as it was under warranty. What a nightmare. The staff are not empowered to do anything. They have to call the manager. However he was not available. Thirty minutes of waiting the staff got hold of another person who advised them what to do. I left with a replacement device. The person helping me thereafter contacted me requesting I come back to the store to return the old device box. I returned to the store a week or so later and advised the staff that the new device has a faulty battery as it dies extremely quickly. They again tried to contact the manager. He was again not available. They advised I should call him directly and it went straight to voice mail. Not impressed with the service. Staff have to use their personal mobiles to call the manager and it seems they may be scholars or students and with limited airtime. After sales service is quite lacking.

phone does not bloody work!!!!!!!!!!!!the guys are helpful and know their stuff but would it be too much to ask that the store gets a phone number or must i drive to cresta and take 45 minutes out my life only for them not to stock an item which i could have been told over the phone, your phone system sucks and i suggest you fix it, it is not difficult to fix vobi uses only uncapped calling for 325 or you can pay as you go giving each store their own unique. it is highly annoying and that is why i am giving you a low score. i have never heard of a company that does not give their different stores their own telephone number, i mean what is going on.

We went here a few times and then we made the mistake of visiting two other vape shops as they were not as far away. After that, we vowed that we will only ever use evolution vapes and that the journey was worth it. Their customer service skills are amazing and the owner of this particular branch should be very proud of the staff that work here. Every time we have gone in and been served by different staff members they have been extremely helpful, chatty, polite and they have been the reason why we have repeatedly gone back to this branch. Excellent products and excellent customer service which is not found very often these days.
