They quoted me on the 29/12/2020,i accepted the quotation and asked them to move my stuff on the 1/1/2021,they agreed they will do it. Today is the 2/1/2021 and I still haven't had my stuff delivered, they are very unprofessional, no one updates me on what is going on. I repeatedly have to call 3 different numbers in order to find out what's going on. I will never use their services again, I suggest if you want a peace of mind that you don't ever use this company.

Unacceptable delay, worse service ever, and very unprofessional. We booked them for a bachelor move at 2pm well in advance and they didn't show up, kept pushing the time of their arrival 2 hours at a time until 11pm then saying that they can't come and will be there first thing in the morning. The next day they were still 2.5 hours late and didn't bother notifying us or picking up their phones. Horribly stressful and costly experience.

I was told it would take 2-3 days to have my belongings moved, but my stuff was only delivered this morning - 3 weeks later. The staff are unprofessional and could not be bothered to give me updates. The owner Paul is extremely rude and lies about delivery dates time-and-time again. Only after threatening to go to the police to lay a charge of theft against them did they actually do anything. I cannot believe that this company is able to keep it's doors open with such poor service. I highly recommend not using them.

We used the company to move on table within a 40 km radius and it took almost 6 hours. What a horrific experience. The driver was almost 4 hours late, then it took him almost 2 hours to arrive not even 40 km away. The staff is unfriendly and does not have a care in the world for the bad service.

I booked with this company for a cross country re-location move. Quoted R17000. On the day of the move, a bakkie with a horsecart arrived, 3 hours later than arranged. I queried this and I was told they sub-contract these people to load and deliver to a storage depot, they are standing ready to load at the depot. After the first bakkie load was removed, I was told they will not load another bakkie load unless they get more money. This from the sub contractor called Gerald Louw removals and storage in PE. After a lot of fights and mud slinging and paying more money, they eventually moved the second load. Then I phoned the owner, one called Promise, he said they are loading and will leave soon. I was allready delayed by 8 hours, then their agent called Linda phoned and said they do not have a truck available, until the next day. Bearing in mind me and my wife, both senior citizens are now left to cope without a bed, without food, without clothes in an empty house in another town. The next morning I phoned, and was told by Linda the quote has now gone up by R3000, because they are using a bigger truck. I must pay a deposit of 50% before they start loading. I phoned Mr Promise and he had another story. I said they must give me banking details and an invoice, then I will pay it. Nothing was forthcoming. That night at 8 o clock, I phoned and asked where is my truck? I was told they will be here the next morning. Now 2 days later, and R3000 more than the original quote. Next day at 11 in the morning a truck from a COURIER company arrived with some of my stuff, I was told to pay up or we dont offload. I phoned again, asked for the invoice and bank details. After paying, my stuff was just dumped and they left. Furniture was damaged, boxes were broken and opened, stuff was missing, some boxes missing, everything was sopping wet. NEVER WILL I USE THESE PATHETIC PEOPLE AGAIN. UTTERLY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Requested them to deliver 3 pieces of furniture to East London. They moved pick up date without informing me. They moved delivery dates without informing me. Never on time. Don't communicate. Sithulile doesn't know her work. Had to follow up with them all the time. If you want bad and dealing with rude people, try them. I will never. I love my peace.
