Whilst this dealership did the right thing by allowing me to return a defective vehicle for a full refund (minus transportation costs), the entire process was very disruptive and costly to me. The worst came at the end when the dealership sold the car to someone else with items inside that I had specifically requested be removed and returned to me. When I submitted a very reasonable request for financial restitution this dealership decided on a strategy of completely ignoring me in spite of my loss of over R14K on this deal.
