Best after sales service I've experienced to date. We had problems with our water dispenser on a newly bought Defy fridge. GAME logged a call with Defy and followed up the same afternoon.

I went to purchase a laptop there. I went to them in the morning to have a look. I went for a walk around the mall to shop around and determined they were the best option. when I returned the price of the laptop had suddenly increased by R1000. after speaking with the manager and showing photograph of the price I had taken a few hours before the agreed to supply the laptop at the old price. I am defiantly impressed. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Shopping experience is average at best but do NOT ever drop off your products to be repaired here. I tried to get a PS4 controller repaired in early July. I had not heard anything (not even an SMS confirming my drop off) by the beginning of October so I called to find out the status and was told that they would look into it and call me back. They NEVER called back, not once. I began calling daily by the end of October and was always told that they would call me back but they never did. I counted 28 days in a row that I had to call (without ever being called back) until I was finally transferred to a manager who was actually helpful. He informed me to come in to the store and when they checked my repair order it turned out that it hadn't been logged in the first place. Why didn't any of the staff working in repairs call me back to tell me that? It's not exactly hard. Why did it take me speaking to a manager and coming into the store to sort the problem out? Thankfully they made things right by offering a refund which I was able to cash out and go purchase a new controller from incredible connection because, despite game offering the same sale price as incredible connection, they refused to honour the online discount instore while incredible connection had no problem doing this. Now I know where I'll be shopping for tech in the future.

Game Cresta is an important landmark for shopping in the Cresta area. The product range in store and layout has however changed over the past year or two, which hopefully changes back to what it was.

A standard Game shop, service is quite good. Shop is quite large with good variety of products. Shop is neat and modern.
