The service is really not good. Was waiting for more than 30 minutes before they started with the canopy. Lots of staff just walking around not really doing anything. Had to complain at the office that we were still waiting for them to start with the canopy. They tell you it will take about 45 minutes. We were there nearly 1 h 45 min. Then after the fitting the handles of the canopy were still not right. When we went back the following week for them to fix it they said they can't because once you leave there they don't fix anything afterwards. We paid R6000 for the canopy and it was not even washed when they fitted it. Personally, I would not recommend them at all.

Purchased a second hand canopy, at first rain, after 10 days the canopy leaked through the windows and the roof racks, which were sold as fitted. They are unwilling to repair or attend to it, as they said I didnt bring it back with 7 Days and there is no Guarantee on second hand Canopies. the best they would do is charge me a handling fee for canopy usage and replace. I would think twice before spending any money with them!
