The lady who I believe was Isabella, assisted me with my query and was extremely professional and effective in helping me with my issue. My dishwasher was giving me a bit of issues but she off hand knew all the details and settings I should try for that specific make! Which was great and we sorted out the problem. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family :)

This company does not understand customer service. We have been waiting for a replacement oven glass for our smeg gas stove since 03/12/2020. We were promised that this will be done before Christmas. Then it was moved to 1st week January '21, then Isabella called to confirm that it will be done today the 10th Feb. . Once again given the run around. Nobody there knows whats going on. Melvin could not commit to an Eta. Totally disgusted at the customer service feedback. And almost forgot to mention, the arrogant tone from Mervin when he spoke to my wife as if he is doing us a favor. No apology whatsoever. Ref 133604.
Their service isn't bad but their feedback leaves a lot to be desired. We accepted a quote almost 2 weeks ago and made the payment. Nobody came back to us. Today when I phoned them I was told the spares have been ordered. It will be delivered in 8 weeks. It would have been nice if they acknowledged the proof of payment and explained the process without me having to follow up.
Linden appliances responded to a warranty claim I had. They were very professional and communicated at every step of the repair. My Bosch tumble-dryer was fixed in record time. I highly recommend them.
Linden Appliances (LA) was appointed by AEG as their agent to fix my microwave oven. LA charged thousands of rands upfront. They failed to correctly diagnose the problem, then, after installing thousands of rands worth of (probably unnecessary) parts, took the (still broken) appliance away and kept it for weeks without properly communicating with me, despite many calls to them. Then they brought the appliance back to my house. Not only was the interior light now broken, but the appliance itself broke again within the first 10 minutes after they had left. Now even pressure from AEG can apparently not get them to return to fix it. Not a professional or reliable firm. Avoid. Further information, 2 days later: I don't want to prolong this, but 2 points in response to the owner's response to this review: 1. LA didn't ever return any of my several calls, except on one occasion when I had, as a last resort, complained to AEG. Proper communication might have prevented all of this. 2. It is factually simply incorrect that the appliance worked after it was returned. It would not switch on or heat at all, as demonstrated to LA's workmen upon their last visit. (There is no 'Mrs Naude', incidentally.) This problem was ultimately fixed (in addition to the lightbulb being replaced) during this last visit (according to the workmen, by 'changing a setting'). After a month and almost 2 dozen calls to AEG and LA, the appliance is now back and working.
Always had good service but was let down this time took 2 weeks to get here.
