The pharmacist staff is amazing and very friendly but when you get to the till to pay you are greeted by a very rude lady with a huge attitude problem. This is such a shame as the rest of the staff really try their best, small businesses like this cannot afford to be passed over because of some rude staff. You need to do something as this is the last impression a client is left with when leaving the shop.
