Ordered beef in oyster sauce and beef with black beans the other night, both with extra chili (made a joke with them not to forget the extra chili again as they had the previous 2 occasions). When I opened the two take away dishes I could not tell the difference between the two because they looked exactly alike, except for a few tiny black specks in the one, barely noticeable. When tasting the two dishes I was not only bitterly disappointed that they once again did not add chili, but that they tasted the exact same. They use a generic sauce across all their dishes and give them different names and add a tiny, unnoticeable amount of what should be a main ingredient to differentiate them. This is the third extremely below average experience in a row from them and I will never go back.

Generally I don’t think any sushi delivery is really great, but some are pretty decent. Ordered twice here via Uber. The first time the food was actually pretty decent, and so I ordered a second time (2nd of October). Well... this time it was disappointing beyond words...but I’ll share some with you anyway. The sushi was so badly made that after a couple of bites my partner and I lost our appetite. Each sushi had excessive amounts of rice and the rice was not well made, very heavy and too sticky. I called the restaurant immediately and told them that the sushi was terrible. Their reaction was: “ah that is probably because we tried new rice, we will use the other one next time” and then the lady wanted to hang up. Where’s the customer service ?? I then asked what I should do now, hungry and unhappy. They answered that I can come return the sushi and get something else. Mind you, I don’t have a car, hence I use Uber, and I was already late. After some insistence from my side they offered me half of the order for free to be delivered next day. Never heard from them again. Great example of terrible customer service. Will never order here again.

Best local sushi. Buy yourself some Terriyaki from woolies and add it once you get take aways.. Amazing friend salmon skin, anything here is really fresh and tasty.
Good quality for an affordable price!
All you can eat here is bang for your buck - sashimi even included (though limited) in the already reasonable price. My warning would be to go easy on the fashion sandwiches, as they are extremely filling and make the "pay for what you don't eat" aspect a little too stressful for comfort.
Have never physically visited Miyako, but have ordered from them about 30 times. What blows my mind is how fast they are - every time. If I've forgotten to order lunch, I'll Uber Eats a 16-piece sushi platter and it'll arrive in 20 minutes. Never appreciated them before for this, so doing so here.
