For flu and Covid testing you quee in the same line, they say they open at 07:00 but start around 9:00. No social distancing,no sanitation. People with different disease or critically ill even pensioners they have to stay in the quee with no one checking nor attending them You quee from 07:00 around 14:00 they tell you they left with 1/2 tetsing kids for today come back tomorrow...on your waiting for help with medications they tell you to wait until they come back from lunch so it's basically 10 hours for you to get helped here. For this hours we need people to monitor us and get sanitized for atleast every 1 hour and social distancing to prevent affecting one another.

They're too relaxed and slow. It's almost as if they hate you for being here. They're lazy. Long queues. I'm not happy with this clinic

The manner in which people are spoken to is sad. Patients are yelled at for asking questions, sick patients are yelled at if they don't jump and sprint into the room for checking their blood pressure and weight. It's just sad really when people take advantage of others because they are weak and have no where else to go. It definitely isn't everyone that works at clinic but there are way too many bad attitudes going around...The struggles of tax payers who can't afford medical aid.
