Incrediably disappointing sevices, part of service was that balcony light wasnt working. Peter stated that it was day saving light and merely changed the light bulb. Left my tenant, when in fact, the light still didnt work. When asked for a follow up, he stated that 'he replaced the lightbulb as per request'. Why would i need a lightbulb replaced at R150 and the light still does not work. When I continuously asked for a follow up for 5 days straight, no response, the guy doesnt even care to text back to client. Appaulded.
