This might be a tiny shop but the staff are awesome and the flavours are great (even though I'm so disappointed evertime I miss the Vietnamese Coffee flavour).

It's a stall more than a shop, therefore the ice cream selection was very limited. We bought the packaged ice cream from the fridge, which still tasted delicious.

We went pre Covid and there was something nice about talking to total strangers while they waited for Paul's, because if you are waiting around with people who know just how good Paul's is, you feel like you're all sharing a secret everyone else should know but doesn't yet.
