Took my desktop in with a screen to get it to work with two screens. Also had a small problem that popped up every now and again. Janet in reception - very friendly and helpful. Collected the next day. Man what a difference in speed and operations. I don't know what you did but I no longer have time to make tea while PC boots up. Thanks guys. I would certainly recommend you.

Really poor service when I requested really basic assistance on hardware. I understand if a store is out of stock, but I just found the response and willingness to advise quite appalling. Aside from that, the response I received gave an impression that the person on duty has really very little knowledge on IT related issues. Would not recommend.

Exemplary service from the initial contact made right through to the work being done. Even though I thought my laptop was fried and I'd need to buy a new one, these guys didn't inflate their damage assessment or their invoice. Norman advised that all that was needed was a Windows re-install. I highly recommend this business. I will travel 100 kms to use your service.

Took in three laptops, post assessment, told one needed replacement charger, one was corroded ( worked two days before) and the third, could not find part . At the end over and above the universal charger replacement had to pay R1000 for being informed that the two could not be repaired.

Its an ongoing problem but they continue to preserver to try and resolve the issues. Norman was fantastic. I needed an urgent laptop repair and he was able to help very quickly. I had my laptop back within 3 hours. Great and friendly service, would definitely recommend.
