Reported a water meter leak at Joburg Water . Covid protocols are in place . we were 4 customers queuing to see 2 service providers and it took me 30 mins to get sorted. Naledi was very helpful and detailed. Parking as always is still a problem .

Went to renew my driver's license this morning, with an online booking. Staff were pleasant and COVID-19 compliant. The building is incredibly run down but clean. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and the service I received.

If i could give less than a star, I would. Sadly this has been one of the worst experiences with a government institution i have had. Systems don't work, staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful. When talking to the supervisior requesting assistance, I was met with a terribly rude person with absolutely no interest in helping us as clients. I wont recommend this institution to anyone. Rather use an alternative.

Devastatingly sad to see the effects of lockdown. Queues from 07:00 to renew drivers licences and vehicle licences. I arrived around 10:30 and the queue looked as if nothing had moved!
