Avoid this company like the plague. We complained about our gutters being full of dirt, and somehow she convinced the body corporate the roof had to be redone. When we protested this she got angry and insisted that it was routine maintenance?!?!?!?!?!?! The roof now leaks... when we went over her head to the body corporate, she retaliated badly and said it was the geyser leaking.... without even seeing the unit or where the leaks were. And the gutters have still not been cleared. There is something very wrong here. Avoid avoid avoid. They have subsequently been let go

How do you give a company negative stars. minus 5 stars Cannot say how bad this place is, they pull the wool over your eyes, if you do not know what they are talking about in terms of maintenance. Have a look on Hello Peter. Enough said. and the other bad reviews

The Estate Manager that our Complex deals with is not professional at all. She has a tendency to shout over the phone and call you unreasonable when you do not agree with her. The estate manager has allocated one contractor to the complex, she demands access to your unit whether the timing suits you or not, she refuses to make appointments for some reason, the contractor lifted roof tiles of my unit earlier this year, possibly accessing my property without my permission. This does not seem honest or transparent. Check reviews before making use of this service.
