A company who wants to set the public up to be victims of violent crime for their own gain! Pathetic customer service with the staff being sarcastic and rude towards potential customers. I will definitely NOT recommend this company!

Have not purchased from them , but having seen how they respond to criticism on their post advocating gun control I would think seriously before purchasing from a company that uses a political message to push a business agenda. If there sarcastic responses to any criticism on social media are anything to go by , they have no understanding of what a customer is

Roteck has no social composure, respect or concern towards the public as Per my experience from their feedback to comments on their advertisement campaign on Facebook stating the SA gov's failure to successfully implement gun control and offering their product as the means to keep you safe in creating "Gun/weapons Free Zones". Not only is this false advertising as it is a fact that in the most secure spaces such as jails you are sure to find plenty of weapons, but they actualy endorse the disarmament of law abiding citizens and want you to believe that their detectors will keep you safe. How logical is this approach for SA's trying to survive in one of the most violent countries in the world? They could have approached their campaign from a different angle in order not to anger fed up gun owners having to battle the state from every direction on their illogical, senseless efforts to disarm them and their means to protect themselves and their loved ones. My suggestion to them is to maybe consider the citizens/public with more empathy in their media responses & campaigns. Admit it if you made a mistake instead of talking down & degrading people. At least have some composure when dealing with the public, no matter if the are existing clients or not. It shows what your business' values are. Good luck.
