The lady by the name of Rebecca at sasol ferndale 29 hill street next to sars. Was so rude for no reason yesterday morning 29/11/2020. I don’t understand why do they have to hire people with no customer service like seriously it doesn’t make sense. Please to the owner of the petrol station to avoid to be disrespected by your employees please put a disclaimer that you are selling electricity on cash only so that the is no miscommunication and misunderstanding. Clearly some of the employees at the till don’t know how to explain instead they’ll be telling us that they are doing us a favor to sell us electricity. I don’t know how is it a favor when I am using my money for your services. I don’t mind buying with cash if I have or go to the stores that use cash instead of being addressed like I wanted free electricity. I always buy electricity there with card and no stories being told. What other cashiers do they swipe the debit card before putting electricity on the meter to see if it goes thru and the money goes thru they give you electricity simple and if doesn’t obviously they won’t put in electricity on the meter number. Yesterday Rebecca had to give bad attitude and say unnecessary things just because she has powers with sasol electricity. I am so disappointed because it’s rare to find bad attitude and bad service at petrol stations.

It's convenient but extremely expensive I understand garage pricing for example a 2litre Coke at caltex costs 25r but that same price is for a 1l at sasol hill street. Then also kindly adjust your pricing I just bought a 2litre iron brew it says 23.90 on the tag but it's 24. 90r on the till... The staff is very friendly despite the pricing I only go there because the staff is friendly
