Heartsoul

I pressed the buzzer on arrival and no one responded despite the front door being wide open. I waited a few minutes then called. The phone just rang and no one answered my call. I shouted from the gate to get attention of the staff inside and eventually a staff member opened the gate. When I walked into the reception area the office cleaner was cleaning the floor and indicated that I should walk left to the reception. The receptionist was on a call and I waited until she was finished. The other staff were busy and no one acknowledged me standing there. I was then attended too and asked all the questions that I needed to ask. Poor customer service.
