Great service. I bought a Ratel backup power unit, but the cable supplied with the unit is very short. I ordered a longer cable on line and was contacted within 24-hours to say it was ready for collection. I found that the new ones plugs were slightly larger than the originals and would not fit my devices so contacted Sinetech and again within 24-hours was asked to come and swap it for a new cable with the correct size plugs.

Had a great experience with Sinetech and will definitely use them again. I asked about when they were expecting stock of an item that was listed as backlog order and they responded quickly via email and even gave me an ETA. When I finally placed my order the product arrived in under 48 hours and it's great quality. I ordered a Ratel 8100 UPS and it was exactly what I needed to run my 19v Asus router during load-shedding.
We at JWAL have always enjoyed the service received by Sinetech. Ferdinand also tackles our quote requests in a decent turn around time. They also assist with designs around their equipment. All round, commercial and service requests are always handled pleasantly.

I have a Victron Energy UPS with 12 Omnipower OPR 120Ah 12 V batteries supplied and installed by Sinetech in March 2020. The batteries failed in early February 2021. I made a warranty claim against Sinetech, and, after testing the batteries, the claim was approved and new batteries were installed on 12 March, after a delay of a couple of weeks due to no stock.
Internet order went through without any problems. Delivery was fast and I was kept up to date as to where my parcel was all the time. Thanks Sinetech
That Ratel 430M is a great piece of kit, I love the dual voltages that it can run via the selector switch with plenty of ports . It's so well made that I recommended it as a simple put in place and forget solution. It lets you run two different voltages for routers, I cannot believe that it took me this long to find something so awesome! I bought the Ratel 430S for the solar charging capability and I won't look back!
