Worst service ever. They promised to come quote me and never showed up. When I call they say they will come about 2 hours later, I waited no one showed up. They reschedule for another day, still I waited no one showed up, no call no email. I'm so disappointed because I ignored all the reviews I read and wanted to give them benefit of the doubt but....... They don't deserve even half a star

Sent an email to them requesting an official quote and availability of their gas products intending to purchase. No response or feedback to my email which remains unanswered to date. Subsequently went elsewhere. This raises serious concerns with regards to their service.

Worst service ever, we still waiting for our fireplace, no communication the lady is rude on the phone. Our fire place was supposed to be installed in 1st week Dec 2019, now Feb 2020 nothing they don't even communicate to inform on the delay. When you ask they blame it on loadshedding .

Ordered a gas cage for 2 19 kg gas bottles and paid full amount fro cage and delivery in Richards bay. payment made 19 June 2019. sales manager Sheldon Davis acknowledge they have received payment and stated Cindy Reddy will arrange delivery and transport. Only receive 1 reply mail from Cindy. they are still making the cage that was 8 days ago. So far no responses to my queries. For company who prides them self in service quality and customer satisfaction the service is very poor. still have not received any information when will the cage be delivered. I do not recommend this company for due to their poor customer relations.
