I bought quite an expensive bed base set in 2018. Within two years it felt like an age old bed, screetching etc. Nevermind that, I then requested that the set be changed (for the 2nd time) within the warranty, in November 2020. To date I have had not received the new set and they still expect me to pay a delivery fee of R500. I have called and called and called but no joy. I keep on being held on a line and told that they will get back to me.
