Hidden gem in the middle of a suburb. My friend and I were booked for the "City in the Sanctuary" overnight spa package. There was a bit of a delay in sending through the itinerary but they eventually did. The massage was truly the best I've ever had., my therapist Stephina was fabulous. I was quite disappointed with the scaled down menu for both breakfast and dinner but was told they will reintroduce the full one once they've recovered from the lockdown and that's understandable. We couldn't swim as the water was too cold and were told by maintenance they only warm up the pool in winter and not in summer in order to save costs One of the major strengths of the hotel is the staff which are super helpful, friendly and attentive. I will however keep my rating @ 4 star for now until they are back to offering the 5 star experience. Would definitely go back

1.First I was asked to choose the time to start with the treatment, I chose 8AM which the SPA accepted, only to find out there was nobody at the reception yet, they were still cleaning. 2. The place is not so clear. There was dust on the glass table, the mirrors in the change room, I couldn't even see myself properly as it was micky. 3. Our SPA treatment had lunch, of which the drinks we ordered were not avoided, we were told not to order wraps, not sure why until my husband ordered a sandwich, it was a wrong order because they gave an old toasted bread with chips that were so stale. 4. The only thing I enjoyed was the spa treatments, the ladies were professional and on point. 5. For a 5 star hotel I am truly disappointed. Not going there again.
