The Fort is more than just a gym; it's a second home. I've never enjoyed those big commercial gyms; they're impersonal and kind of overwhelming. But Coach Mike and the other trainers at The Fort had this weirdo feeling welcome from the get-go. Even though work gets in the way sometimes, I love training at The Fort. My workouts are personalised with a playlist to match. And, while I might grimace (and curse) at the positively evil exercises they've concocted to torture me with, there is just as much laughing happening in between.
