I dealt with Jean Schreuder from the Randburg branch and his service was excellent. I was always kept up to date with my order. When my orginal order was not going to be delivered by the time he promised, he made a plan and gave me options as to what he has. He kept to his word and I got my order on time. The staff in general gave great service. I would recommend using them anytime.

I ordered my mattress not long into January 2021 while factories were closed. The incredible Jean Schreuder phoned me frequently to keep me informed of the status of my mattress - which I truly appreciated! Just before delivery, he informed me that the mattress protector I ordered would come in "double", but would still fit my double XL bed - had he not told me before the delivery, I would've been in a panic once it arrived. I'm so grateful for various phone calls from Jean; I truly experienced service of the highest standard and would not hesitate to purchase from The Mattress Warehouse again!
