Amazing, professional people. Dr Peter the chiro is brilliant and absolutely stunning with my 6 year old daughter.

I have regularly been attending The Practice twice per week for the past five and a half years and have always been impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the well managed gym. The services are provided by professional personal trainers who are always friendly, attentive and helpful. My personal experience has always been one of satisfaction. I can definitely recommend with pleasure The Practice to anyone for personal training.

I love going here for my recovery treatment. Everyone is very friendly, the staff are amazing in what they do. They customise exercises for each patient, making sure they receive the right care to the road to recovery. Highly recommended!!

Awesome Biokineticist. Very informative and my injury has improved drastically since treatment begun. I recommend The Practice in Linden over all other practices and treatments.

I had been struggling with a bad back for years - and getting nowhere. Gretha and her team have overseen my pre and post op recovery. They are experienced, professional, patient, caring and know when to push me! I have nothing but positive things to say about them. With the things I have learned from them, I feel like I can lead a normal life! Thanks for all your help.

Recovering my balance after neurosurgery three years ago was not the lengthy ordeal I was expecting. Firm but positive rehabilitation exercises had me back on my mountain bike in only three months. The benefits of regular, focussed and supervised exercise are significant for young and old alike. I am a regular twice a week "patient" and look forward to being tested to my limits (and beyond) by the practice team. Thanks Gretha, Annelize and Minette

In February 2017 I was at my wit’s end – how do I avoid invasive surgery for both my long-standing lower back problem and my hip joints? My physiotherapist advised me to work with biokineticists. Through my encounters with these members of a health profession I have never dealt with before, I became deeply impressed with their skills to facilitate my rehabilitation. Their continuous assessments of the strengths and weaknesses of my various muscle groups and their precisely targeted interventions have resulted in a significant strengthening of my body and the mobilisation of specific muscle groups to protect both my lower back and hip joints. Their consulting room is specifically designed to be a place of healing, in combination with the meaningful interpersonal relationships they also establish to guide my journey towards optimum health. Biokineticists like Gretha and Minette are part of an underrated health profession that, in my judgement, plays a major role in long term healing towards the best state of health possible.
