I had to drive around a little through Deco Park to find the building but I was glad I cam to this Timbercity, we had to wait a few minutes as they do get quite busy, but we had a chance to go through a bunch of their swatches in the reception any so the time went by fast. the staff there are friendly and helpful and within no time we had a quote that we were looking for and the price was very competitive, next time I need wood products this will be my first stop

Please post and share your bad experiences with Timber City on my Facebook (BadTimberCity Julia on Facebook), I will join hundreds of South Africa local communities on facebook to Let more people aware and avoid mistreatment! We have a few flats in South Africa and often have to renovate those flats. We had numerous bad experiences with Timber City, the most recent one was: We bought 8.6 meters of Edging Tape from the branch in Norhridding, and we were wrongly charged for 40 meters, we complained, the branch told us they can't do nothing because the invoice was automatically generated by their head office's computer system, we sent inquiry to their Head office, but Head office pushes us to deal with branch because branch charged us not the head office. This branch in Northridding is managed by a HOOLIGAN and CROOK ! Inferior services!!!!!!!!!!!!! INFERIOR SERVICES!!!!!!

gouge people!!!! and no use after you logged companied!!! they get too used from customers complains, they just ignore complains, only help may come from consumer protection office. I was charged for 20 meters for only 8.9 meter edging service! When I requested an explanation, I was told it was the head office's computer generated invoice they cant do anything !!!
