Saloshnie’s meditation with me every week is honestly one of the best part of my week. She is amazing at how she talks you through the practice that I leave every week feeling like everything in my life is just going to be okay. She is a special person and whoever has he chance to work with her is very lucky

I’ve been practicing yoga with Saloshnie for over 4 years. I have been able to continue practicing with her since moving abroad thanks to her innovation with the help of technology. Her soothing tone relaxes me while she explicitly describes how to transition to and from different postures while keeping my core activated. There is alignment and good form, however her style of teaching seems to go beyond alignment, beyond good form. There is a deep congruence between all my muscles. She makes every session count by adapting the style of yoga we practice based on how my body feels on a given day.

My journey began when I decided to take charge of my life and try be more healthy, but not only in what I eat but also how I perceive the world and interact with it on a physical, mental and emotional level. Being a male in my late 30s the idea of yoga and pilates was not my first option and I was hesitant. However after my first yoga class with Saloshnie, the way I felt emotionally and physically cannot be described. Everyone is different and we all experience it differently, but what she gave me was a pure gift. I will always be grateful to her for what she has given me, her yoga classes are amazing.I look forward to them every week.they have brought me such peace and tranquillity.I would absolutely highly recommend her.no amount of money could do what she has done. I have been attending classes with Slosh since 2016 before i had my baby. she had helped me gain core strength and flexibility. i stopped attending class during my pregnancy. I am now 24 months Post pregnancy and have started attending classes again at the recommendation of my chiropractor and i can already feel a difference and relief. I have had Sciatic nerve issues and leg pains, stretching is the only thing that helps. Apart from my health issues Slosh's workouts are intense and hardcore!!! most days I am #deathbyslosh Totally love the post Yoga and Pilates feelings....
