This by far has been the worst debt collection company I have ever encountered. the agents are rude one agent once told me why do I open an account knowing I won't be able to pay like I asked for covid to have an impact on my finances alone I've on countless times been trying harrassment by calls literally 10 times a day funny I don't understand how the system works there I paid money in advance for other moths guess what I wa stole vvm doesn't not operate that way if you paid for that month it falls there e mind you this was after I had made arrangements with the useless agents some even can't speak proper English over the phone let alone be professional agents working remotely some sound like they sitting outside with all sorts of noise in the back round I have had it up to my Whit's with this company please do your work properly honestly this is the worst debt collection company

I have been receiving regular _ 3 to 4 times a year, collection calls in regard to a passed employer. 4 years have elapsed and I continue to get these calls despite me pleading with the caller EVERY TIME, to please have my number and contact removed from their data base. The calls continue, I'm going crazy not to mention the infringement on my right to privacy..
I personally would give this company zero stars if that was an option, their agents don't respect people, old or young as customers but today my mother received a call from one of the agents working with her Home-Choice ,she said she has never been treated with so much respect at VVM before so she would like the agent that called her this morning to teach others that we deserve to be understood as well, so here are five stars for the Home-Choice agent that contacted my Mother this morning she forgot his name but here is the ref number 76060413..Thank you brother you made her day
I WISH WE COULD RATE WITH ZERO STARS......i have received a call from these people just over a year ago with regards to unpaid rates and so on, this was due to ekhurleni not transferring the rates onto the new owner, after numerous emails to VVM and Ekhurleni with all the attorneys statments and payments with all amounts paid on our side up to date, we did not receive any feedback from both parties then, a year later we get a call from VVM stating we are in areas and need to pay the account, again after submitting all these emails and docs to Brendah ( team leader ) and asking on my emails to please let us know urgently what is going on as we have never ever in our history of living had any debt that was not paid, this has come to a shock for us, we have tried calling VVM so many times , either cant get through or if we do we get cut of, and today just made me so upset, i have called about 5times spoke to 5 different people and all gave me different numbers and pushed me from here to there knowing they are all working remotely, and then i called the last number that they had referred me to, spoke to Thembisile at call centre, asked to get Brenda to contact me asap and respond to my emails, i asked her for the complaints email address, GUESS WHAT ??????? SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE COMPLAINTS EMAIL ADDRESS ?????????? REALLY. SHOCKING, i told her i will log a google review and she said ok its fine, i need someone to contact me urgently and notify us what is going on with this query, i don't expect a call a year later from now stating we need to pay our areas which we don't have.( Brendah has all our details )
Keep phoning me in regards to an account that is related to telkom and my father. My father has provided both them and telkom with proof that the account is fully settled and cancelled. I will be taking steps to see what legal actions can be taken in to this utter and pure harassment.
VVM is a great company to work with very caring and professional, friendly. Keep it up guys we such consideration during this pandemic of Covid 19.
I've paid off my account that was being handled by vvm.. Im trying to get my paid up letter for days and the staff is so unhelpful. They just cutting me off which I think is very rude. Yet when they wanted the money they called everyday. I need urgent response to this comment...
